Li helped me to get loans for two property purchases. She is very professional, response my requests very promptly. The rates she locked for me is much lower than the competitors. I'll definitely continue working with her in the future. I'm more than happy to recommend Li to everyone who needs mortgage service.

Li Li was my mortgage broker. She knows the process very well and guided me through the painful mortgage application. It was a lot of documents and I do not think I can handle it myself. My purchase was depended on my sales, so the entire process is more painful than usual. Li Li provided a lot of supports and minimize the effort I need to put on the mortgage side. She only needed less than two weeks to finish the entire mortgage application for me. It is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone who would needs to get mortgage approved quickly and painlessly.

For our refinance mortgage closed last year, Li Li helped us to get a very good rate in a short time. She is a detail-oretained expert of tax and mortgage. I think we all need a professional friend like her.
