Jesse Drown ... 5 stars, I work night shift and he was very flexible to make time to meet and was on top of all the paperwork we needed to get approved. I have and will recommend him. Everything on PRMI's end went smooth and was easier than I expected for a first time buyer.

Excellent experience working with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with was fantastic. Ed, Carrie, Patty were all fantastic and throughout this stressful process we were always kept up to date on the process and where we were in the process as well as an amazing understanding of the loan process able to answer all of our questions quickly and to our satisfaction. When it comes to mortgages especially government funded programs, they are second to none with knowledge and understand. Looking for a mortgage, look no further than the Ed Kowal and his team at Primary Residential Mortgage. Thank you so much for all of your help. JG

Had an excellent experience with Primary Residential Mortgage. Everyone was polite, personable, and took the time to walk me through the process as a first time home buyer. Thanks especially to Gayle and Rick!

I am a Realtor and refer my clients to Primary. They are absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only do my clients use their services, I have so much faith in them I used them for my personal mortgage.
