We were extremely impressed with Justin Matsukawa’s customer service. We appreciate how readily available he was to answer any of our questions regarding the residential loan. I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to sales people and brokers but Steven Tagawa is the best!!! The only mortgage broker who had our best interest in mind. He asked for our financial goals and listened to our story and needs. Then he went to work for us. All other brokers only want to break us. They all wanted us to take out plenty money and pay 10k in fees. Steven Tagawa genuinely wants to help and do what's best for us financially. Plse give him a call. He will give you the best advice and what you need to consider that's best for you. He is very thorough, professional and willing to answer questions. My husband and I continue to be grateful to him.

When I had my first meeting with Darren AU, he said I could contact him 24/7. Throughout the process of buying my condo, Darren was available to respond to my requests and answered my questions quickly at all hours. He is smart, pleasant, professional, and patient. He came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to my family and friends. There was a period when Darren was out of country; however, Nelson Oyadomari was there to seamlessly carry on during that time in the same excellent, professional manner to help me meet some critical deadlines. Great teamwork!!

Darren is very knowledgeable and dedicated. ALWAYS available to answer questions, seemingly in minutes. While not professionally a financial adviser, Darren shows great understanding of how money works and how to make the most of what you earn. He's very straight forward and shows you exactly what you can afford without pushing you out of comfort.
