Dan's the man! Dan Smith of Source 1 was our compass during the home-buying process. He shot straight, set clear expectations, and provided solid recommendations. He was always available, taking our calls days, evenings, and weekends, and never once made us feel like he had anything but our best interest in mind. Dan got us a great rate on an excellent program, and we even managed to close early and get money back at closing! A+

I've had the pleasure working with Dan and his team at Source 1 Mortgage. They always make sure their clients goals are priority #1. If you are in the state of Illinois, I highly recommend reaching out to Dan and his team! They will help you achieve your refinancing goals or help you get into a new house quickly!

Dan was amazing! He was very responsive, patient, informative, and definitely worked in our best interest. We had a VERY quick turnaround needed to get us in our home and he happily obliged - we are so grateful. We would have no problem recommending him to anyone and would give 100% recommendation.

Dan is the Man. Great communication throughout the process. Gave us great sound advice for our current home buying situation and knows the business real well. Also recommended us to the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Would absolutely recommend. He makes the stress of buying a home a breeze.

Dan was great. Got us approved for an appropriately sized loan. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind...not the banks. Recommend to all who are looking to buy a house!
