This outfit has a great resource at its disposal...and it's called April. I can't believe how incredibly easy this process was. And I'm NOT an 800 credit score! I also have a foreclosure in my past approximately 5 years ago. I contacted someone just out of sheer curiosity. Within one week, I was pre-qualified with a letter....and a personal note that said 'go buy a house!' The best part to me was that I was treated with respect. I expected with my foreclosure to be treated like a disease. The complete opposite was the result. Great job, April. Kudos and huge thanks to your team.

We have had a great experience with RMN each time we have accessed their services. First 10 years ago when we bought our first house together and then just last month when we bought with a VA loan. Everything was smooth and communication was clear as to what we needed to provide and by what deadline in order to have a smooth closing. Our extended family has rental properties and all of us go through RMN. We will continue to recommend the high-quality, friendly, consistent services to anyone interested in buying or refinancing homes.

Over the years, I have purchased three homes and refinanced multiple times in the Johnson County. I have been fortunate to work with Jessica Greving and RMN for each purchase and refinance. Jessica is wonderful, she has a perfect balance of professionalism and caring personality. She takes genuine interest in the people she works with and works tirelessly to ensure everything is managed swiftly and accurately. I am confident my family received the best mortgage possible with each transaction. I have recommended RMN and Jessica to family and friends and will continue to do so with confidence.

The Lender we had here, screwed us over more ways than one. First by saying we would get the VA Grant and then making it seem like we weren't eligible, which we were and second she whited out my name on my husband and my joint tenancy deed without our approval or written consent. It was 2 years later that we found out what she did and now we are in a mess trying to fix it at our own expense, by the way. So we not only didn't get the $5,000 dollar Grant, but we are now paying money to fix something that never should have happened!

Residential Mortgage Network helped me finance a condo in Nevada, Iowa. They were great with their communication, offered me an excellent fixed rate loan program and closed my loan on time. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
