CommerceBank sucks. If you are out of state like I am and are trying to get anything accomplished, you have to wait on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with anyone on the phone and the customer service rep doesn't provide any help at all. If you e-mail the bank, you are lucky to get a response within 4 days and the customer service rep just sends you some blanketed generic response. Stay away and go to Charles Schwab or somewhere else that has better customer service!!

I've been here twice and have had pretty good experiences both times. One visit was for a new debit card; the other was for general change stuff.

Nice people but lots of little fees.

Trying to call this bank to get help with anything is impossible. The only number you can find is an 800 number. If you want to talk to someone about a commercial loan or a mortgage or a trust account, good luck - you will never get a live person. Ugh...

Could use better customer service. She was too rushed and seemed to not care to talk to the customer.
