Today (12-19) I pulled up to a parking spot 10 feet from the door and as I was trying to quickly roll up my window I noticed an employee walking to the door and was letting out a customer, I bolted out of my car and I locked eyes with the employee. He then locked the door and walked away as I was heading towards the door. I asked the customer what time she had? "5:00". I had 5:00 on my phone too and This location closes at 5:00, so they were no longer open for business. My missing the door by literally a few seconds was my fault, but locking the door as I headed towards it was still a bit off-putting. Maybe its an "insurance thing", but that could have been explained. . Normally I get very friendly, personable and professional service here. They are usually *very* helpful and they go the extra mile to make you happy. But I give tonight's experience a one star, although this location is otherwise a "5 star" kind of place.

Been banking here for years with no difficulty. A very popular bank, so expect long lines and wait times at certain parts of the week. Odd hours, but what bank doesn't have those?
