Prodigy was outstanding! JD and team got to know my wife and me, evaluated our investments, and we refinanced two homes in two months, resulting in big savings. Then, when our “next home†hit the market, the team worked to quickly pre-qualify us. Our offer was accepted, we got documents together, JD and team helped select the best lender for us, and we closed last week in record time. True partnership, and total professionalism. We will definitely work with Prodigy for our future investments!

JD IS AWESOME!! I've worked with him fr 5 years and there are 3 words to describe him - fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He makes you comfortable with the complexity of mortgages and he gets stuff done! Working with him is like working with a friend that happens to know about mortgages. I highly recommend him!

I can't say enough great things about JD and his team at Prodigy! We have used JD for our last 3 homes and will use him in the future if we ever move again. JD knows his stuff, is super quick to respond to questions/concerns, makes the whole process so easy and really takes the stress off of you! You will not be disappointed with your decision to use JD and the whole team at Prodigy Mortgage!!

I looked at a few other brokers including one I had used in the past. I went with JD Cobb, Prodigy since he came highly recommended through my real estate agent Bill Stegeman. I was purchasing a high end short sale which there is nothing short or easy about it. The demands and hoops were high. We had denials, we had to resubmit documents and many challenges which are typical to this type of transaction. JD and his team were there and on top of it every step of the way. Without their relentless persistence I would have lost this house. It was approved and had another mad scramble to close in under 2 weeks, the banks terms. We did it. Let me save you some time, you are in the best of hands with JD. His first interest is your best interest. Very grateful for the team I had around me to get this done... the best.

I loved 💖💖💖 doing business with JD and his team!!! They helped me so much by walking me through the process and making sure I got the best rate and deal! They were so patient when helping me through my House buying experience. JD and his entire team were easy to talk to and always there! I felt so supported in this process!!! I have already recommended 3 friends! Thanks again JD!!! :)
