Jason is an excellent broker. Your relationship with him doesn't end with your mortgage signing. 4 Years ago I worked with Jason to finance my first mortgage. He followed up with me on a regular basis to give me advice and Updates. He went out of his way to ensure I get the best rate way below the market when I refinanced my mortgage a couple of months back. I would recommend him any day for people who want to have trustworthy advisor who acts in your best interest.

Jason Scott and the Mortgage Group in one word are fabulous! As a first time home buyer and a new Canadian resident I wasn't to sure what the process was to be approved for a mortgage. However, after a quick google search I came across Jason Scott and the TMG Mortgage group website. This is when I found Jason's book which was very beneficial! After my husband and I were certain buying a house, I contacted Jason and he was quick to give me an approved mortgage amount. Once we found a house and put in an offer, Jason was quick to get the paperwork done to meet our conditions. Since closing, Jason had continued to be supported and have answered any questions I have had. He even contact my mortgage company to correct payment frequency. I would totally recommend Jason Scott and the TMG, they are absolutely wonderful and made the process so easily.

We were dealing with a major bank in an upcoming purchase and did not feel we were getting fair representation or value. We searched online for a mortgage broker and read some reviews of mortgage brokers and selected Jason to contact and we have absolutely no regrets. Jason Scott went above and beyond in assisting us with finding a mortgage. Our deal was a complicated one, with short deadlines and many bumps in the road. Through it all, Jason was there every step of the way to ensure we were aware of everything that was going on. It was a huge peace of mind to know that Jason and his team were there to help us.
