I went to rbc at airport road after I managed to get an early escape from work but bank staff seemed uninterested. They gave me next days’s appointment even when there was not any crowd or customers. I went to TD, got the account in minutes. My verdict, RBC is wasting their money and time in tie ups and advertisements but their employees are not interested to work!

I am a RBC Customer... I only use RBC bank for everyday banking.. this branch is usually very good .. but yesterday I had a very bad experience at this branch .... I had to pay my HST for my business and asked the gentleman at the counter to add CRA as a payee he said it cannot be done.....he was arguing that it cannot be done for business account so I walked out and got it done at RBC Sunny Meadows Branch.... lack of training and lack of basic knowledge to do the job by one person brings the whole team at that branch down... training to do the job is very important coz you don't want to let the customer down.....

Friendly staff, good service and lines are never that bad.

This place is a joke 30 mins in line with 5 employees working and they were able to take one customer in that time. They seem disorganized and unfriendly and the manager is just flustered and has no clue how to run his team.

Never going to this branch ever again. The Lady SUKHI is so rude and unprofessional and has no respect on how to talk to a customer. This is the worst branch ever. I wish I could give lower than a 1 star.
