The worst in branch experience I have ever had. I had to deposit coins so had no choice but to go in branch. Waited for half an hour in line with only 2 people ahead of me. Tellers are more concerned about making changes to your account than actually completing the banking you came to do. I highly recommend avoiding this branch.

RUDE!!! Some blonde female don't remember her name. Is the reason I avoid that bank.

I have been dealing with this branch for more than 10 years. I am always treated respectfully and courteously. The service is second to none. Kudos to all the staff!

Expect the teller to take about 8 min to simply cash a cheque for you while you are standing there with your client card and all information filled out. This is after the initial 10 min wait. Any time I have seen my Account Manager to deal with either my mortgage or Mutual funds there is always a problem with the computers being down or unable to login. In 6 months I will find out if Scotia Bank or TD is any better as I am done dealing with RBC.

Branch number advertised directed to call center - and naturally due to higher than anticipated call volume, need to wait 20 min to be redirected. Once transferred, call is not answered at branch and after 10 rings the call is disconnected. Do it all again - not efficient!
