Went to this location to deposit a certified cheque from my lawyer's office and I was told that they will put a hold on my money for 4 business days. It's a certified cheque and I have been a loyal RBC client for 23 years. The teller CJ kept asking what I was going to do with my money and I told him I haven't decided yet. Next thing you know, he called his manager and she told me that they get 1 fraudulent cheque a week so they will put a hold on my certified cheque. If they look at my profile, I have been a loyal customer for years and I've never bounced a cheque. They were clearly stereotyping as I was not dressed up and looked like I have no money. So disgusted with the way I was treated as a loyal customer for 23 years, I asked them to give me back my certified cheque and I'm going to deposit it to TD instead.

I've been a customer here for years .. this location where I opened my first bank account so I used to know most of the staff and they were great to me as I'm a Realtor & I referred a lot of my customers to this branch and obtained few mortgages to my customers from this location .. I've never had a bad experience here. The tellers maybe slow just because they have high turn over and they always hire new people there plus they handle money so they have to be very careful and take their time with each customer to avoid mistakes ..

I have never been to a bank where they do not allow their clients to use their bathroom. How can you not have a bathroom that clients can use, disrespectful.
