Slowly / Terrible service. Don't go here.

Aug 15, 2018
The service at this branch it's terrible any other branch but not this one . Each time that I been in this branch it's just problems. They took my money and they put 30 instead of 300 When I notice i went to the bank instead of fixing the mistake they want me to go to the police and fix the problem so up to now they don't do anything. Another problem that I have is a E-mail transfer i call them and i ask if there is any problem if i want to take may money by telephone they say no came and get the money. I went to this branch when i ask for the money that I transfer they say if i don't tell them what is the money for. I can not get the money my money. I call the manager It was worse he wants to know what is the money for.

The manager targets black people. Restricts accounts based upon no fraudulent or bad activity. I get spoken to like I'm garbage and they treat the white customers much more respectful compared to myself or other black people who bank with this branch. I have litersely seen people walk out based on the service. The manager goes out of there way to target my account and restrict my account no matter how much money I have coming in. Racist disgusting prejudice bank manager
