Super service. Fast and the people really care at this branch. Lovely team. Shout outs to Jennifer L and Elizabeth D and the one and only Grace. These women are gems. Keep up the great work!

worst service experience, if i could give this an negative star I would .

Let me just start off by saying if there was a "no star" option, that would be what I would give this RBC branch. I thoroughly understand the concept of bringing banking online to make things easier/ faster but when people go into the branches.. chances are THEY HAVE TO. This branch needs to get a grip and understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. The branch manager and her assistant are just painful to associate with. The branch manager is one of those people that will ruin your entire day just by one conversation. I honestly do not know what the qualifications were for her position. And as for the fast deposit; they took that away because it was too much work for them... Do they not realize that technology is advancing and the need for banks are minuscule ? With their lack of customer service I HOPE they are left without jobs. The only reason I EVER step into banks is for work purposes. Even for me to have spent 15 minutes out of my evening to write this post, I do not regret a second of it. People everywhere needs to know that this RBC branch (and I EMPHASIS on the managers) is absolute garbage.

Not a very friendly place, the manager canceled the business deposit booth first, than the fast deposit booth. Explanation was that "someone did not like it" ????? This creates longer waiting lines, already long before adding all business customers who could have been use the fast deposit. They do not care about bringing in customers, just driving them away.

Very lazy staff and very unprofessional. Some of them even sitting on their chairs without serving anybody.
