Zero star. Slow Dont even carry 3000 usd. Wasted my time

Jan 6, 2018
I recently opened a RBC Signature No Limit Banking Account by mistake it came with zero e transfer limit. I was told by tele banking services that I need to go to a branch to fix this issue and I came to this branch and talked to a teller and she was very rude and one point she said there is no option I need to keep zero transfer limit. she doesn't want to fix the issue and said, if I want she will help me to close my account. Great RBC Customer Service! I booked an appointment next day at 10am to see a high level person and when I showed up, I was told there is no such appointment booked. I was told to wait 30 min. Then one of the other teller was able to fix it. I wasted more than 2 hours to fix a mistake of RBC. I don't recommend to anyone to visit this branch other than straightforward transaction

My experience with this branch is way to much to put just here but I can tell you that after my many encounters of dealing with this place. It has left a bad taste and never wanting to deal with them again. If I could give this place no stars I would. Advisers are not clear on provincial legislation and don't know what they are talking about. Follow-up they say will happen does not happen. Miss-handling of money happens and no accountability nore apologies are provided. Customer Service-horrible ...questions and concerns I had where not address and ignored. My experience at this branch left me no other choice but to never bank with or have any affiliation with RBC ever again.I withdrew everything from this place. It's really sad because I was going to put my little ones banking account/resps here but unfortunately they have lost a customer and generations of customers for my family. Never again!
