Generally the front end employees are very helpful and friendly. However in this particular review the branch manager, Charmaine provided zero service, and had the audacity to lie and say that she never received any calls to process my currency exchange. Although I gave ample amount of time for the requested currency to arrive at the branch, according to her this conversation never happened and therefore was request was never processed. She also did not offer any help or any apology for her mistakes. As a person who has worked in customer service, and has been a loyal customer to RBC for over a decade, this is a HUGE disappointment. I have never had any issues with RBC as their client service has always been exceptional...except for Charmaine's "assistance"

Amazing customer service and very helpful staff! I created two accounts as a new customer and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Antonio did a great job explaining everything to me! I felt at home here and I would really recommend going here for your banking needs.

I met with Neha Patel at this branch, amazing customer service, even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had everything I needed.

I have always had a positive experience at this branch. It's never really busy! The staff always say hello and smile. Thanks Antonio for setting up an RESP and explaining everything in detail.

Not busy and some tellers are nice but the back-room professionals (three of whom I met) are aggressive and very ill mannered. Also, this branch closed my friend's account without least explanation; she went to the central branch and found that they did so "by mistake." Perhaps the responsible gentleman should resign "by mistake."
