I had to deal with this organization on a grandfathered mortgage and attempted to work with them on an additional transaction. The sales reps no-show'd for multiple meetings and did not follow-up on my request. Their ambivalent requirements & process changed and ultimately wasted my time as I had to track them down and follow up just to be told the information they gave me from the start was completely incorrect. The rates may seem attractive, but if you can, go elsewhere. This company is also co-branded as Paradigm Quest - watch out for either.

One of the most disgusting corporation I have ever dealt with. The manager and some of the agents are shameless they will do any thing to suck your money dry they donâ€™t care if your broke financially. Not to forget liars!!!
