The people are friendly, but I've had to go back repeated times for the same relatively minor issue. I often feel like I need to check their math and second guess their actions sometimes. Also, it always smells like Subway...perhaps they share a heating system with the Subway next door.

Too bad there is no 0 stars, horrible customer service, not helpful, after they ruined my pay cheque they were not willing to help me process it, now I have to get the cheque reissue. The bank manager was not even sorry for what happened and she was talking in another language with the bank teller in front of me so I don’t understand what they were discussing, totally rude. I don’t recommend this branch to anyone.

There is a reason why RBC's retail banking is not best on town, especially this one. They questioned me why came to their branch instead of other RBC branches. And they told me their were very busy and not able to verified the cheque. At last, they want I use wire transfer instead of cheque. The wire transfer is cost $50 but could save their time.

Really friendly, five-star staff: never had an issue there. Machine ate my card after hours and wouldn't give it back. Keep better tech, RBC.

I went this branch because it was the closest one to me. I asked for new credit cards because those I had were expired. I was told that as soon as cards arrived branch they would call me! It was expected to be delivered in 4 business days. So I did follow-up after for days and call the branch through the number google showed me! A guy answered me and asked lots of questions concerning why I cancelled previous cards and the whole story I had told before, he asked me again! However the right answer for me should be "Yes, your cards are here!" or "No, they are not arrived!". So after few days again I had to go to the branch for asking for my credit cards! Couple of weird things I found out then. 1. the number google brings for this branch is not the number of branch itself! it's for customer service of whole branches of RBC! 2. They do not know difference between CALLING and EMAILING! 3. I had changed my email in my RBC'S Profile and they had sent email to me to inform me of arrival of credit cards to my previous email. and the reason they mentioned was when you change your information in profile of your account it doesn't take effect on branches information! and finally I could get my cards! and a general problem all banks and branches have have is they are to slow!! LESS TALK, DO MORE PLEASE. OUR TIME IS PRECIOUS!
