I used to belong to Southwest Airlines C U so I got spoiled because most banks SUCK in comparison when it comes to great customer service. But I must say that TCF bank, although not in the same league as SWA CU, does come the closest as far as customer service is concerned. I've been with them for more than 6 years now and they have always treated me very well. The only complaint that I have is their hours. A major reason that I picked them was because they used to have extended hours and were even open Sundays for 6 hours or so. But, although I do miss that convenience, I realize that they have to do what is necessary to stay profitable. With that being said, as long as their customer service remains very good, I will continue to use them for my banking needs.
