Steven helped us with what seemed to be out of reach when buying our dream home. He was knowledgeable, thorough and understanding throughout the whole process. Steven was always available to us when we had any questions, whether it was early in the morning, late in the afternoon, or on weekends. Every step of the process and decision was explained to us until all our questions were answered. Also, whenever an issue rose up, he was on top of contacting our real estate agent updating her with the latest news. We look forward to working Steven in the future and will recommend him to all our friends and family!!

Steven gave us a really good rate that we could not say no to. During the whole month that we were working with him, he consistently demonstrated his professionalism. He answered our questions in a timely manner and his team was always prompt in processing papers. He even went the extra mile by having all the paperwork ready a day before closing so my husband can sign before he left for a business trip. Loan Officer: Steven Hyde --> If a loan officer can help you to close in 14 days without delaying the closing day/pay for extension process, it explains a lot to potential client. Steven is not only a good listenser, but also a person helps you to correct any issue during loan process. In my case, when he ran my credit report, it shows avg around 700 (instead of 800 range I checked lately). He advised me to check what it is and help me to remove it by doing conf call with city treasurer team & corrected it through his paid service(3rd party) regarding rental property tax bill(City sent it to wrong address & I did not know I must pay it yearly per each investment property). This was my 3rd property I bought through him and I can't stop to recommend him to my friends/others.
