I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful experience my husband and I had working with Tim Talsma! This was our first home purchase and Tim was there to answer every question and truly make sure we understood the process. He was extremely responsive (even the night before Thanksgiving when we had a last minute concern) and always full of encouragement. We put in several offers before finding our home and he was there pricing out each payment/loan possibility and making calls to listing agents on our behalf. If you are looking for a mortgage lender with a personal touch look no further!

We are so glad we chose to work with Tim for our mortgage needs while looking to buy our house. He was so helpful every step of the way. He gave us a detailed calculation of every down payment/total loan scenario we came up with (there were several) while we were still looking for a house and kept us updated on everything that was going on after we found one. Having someone work for you during this process makes such a difference! We would 100% recommend working with Tim.
