I found Robert M LaDue on Zillow because of his great reviews. I contacted several lenders, but I decided to go with Robert M LaDue (Bob) because he contacted me instantly and explained all process clearly. Being my first time home owners, the process was stressful, but Bob made everything went smooth. I had some issues regarding my monthly income, but Bob and his team tried their best to help me get the loan. He is very professional, super responsible and quickly. I have sent him 10-20 emails every day, but I always receive his responses 5 minute after. I trust Bob and always ask for his opinions on my offers or condos. He never pressured me into any property, but instead asked me â€œAre you sure?â€ â€œI think your offer is too highâ€. He tried to advise me when I wanted one condo so bad. Thanks Bob. Because of Bobâ€™s help, I am able to close my condo for less than 20 days. Bob is a wonderful lender, real estate agent, and a friend. I will recommend Bob to anyone I know and If you read my review, you should try to call him. He is the best.

The defining characteristic of a professional is being able to make something difficult to accomplish, look and feel effortless. Bob Ladue embodies this ideal, by taking the convoluted process of purchasing a house, and streamlining it into a stress-free experience. This is my second time purchasing a home with Bob's assistance, and he once again exceeded my expectations, which ironically is what you come to expect after having worked with him before. Working with a constrained timeline, and with me being on the East Coast for school, Bob helped us find and purchase another amazing home. Even with the timezone difference and distance, Bob made sure I received all the required paperwork and processed them efficiently and on time. He worked with me and my busy class schedule to ensure that we would not miss out on the opportunity of buying a Beautiful house. He provides end to end services, from getting your mortgage approved to handing you the keys to you new home. Bob is honest, responsive, and you can just tell that he has your best interests at the forefront of his mind. Bob would always be either a phone call or text message away for any questions I had and his understanding of the San Diego area definitely helped us get the maximum value for our money. I know without Bob's expertise, I would not be the owner of two amazing homes in San Diego. I have referred many friends and acquaintances to Bob and I am definitely looking forward to working with him in the future.

I highly recommend Bob. He helped me refi my home, he worked with me for a hole year. Long story short my dad has dementia and it was hard to get my dad to agree on refi the home, but Bob hung in there and we go it done. Thank you so much Bob.
