My first payment is due on the 24th of every month. I chosen this location because it was near my work. And my first experience wasn't what I expected from a professional banker. Came in on the the 17th of May at 10:10am to make a payment of $412.27. I was greeted by Teller AA0 ( branch 17636). I gave her my payment coupon with the amount of $412.27 printed on it. She crossed out the amount of $412.27 and wrote $426.25. Then told me that's the amount I have to pay from now. I paid $450.00 then got my payment receipt and left. This morning I received a booklet and all documents state that my payment IS NOT $426.27. I called their 800 numbers to ask what was going on. I was piss when member solution told me that I never made a payment and I'm now 2 days past due on my payment. I told members solution that I have a receipt for my payment on the 17th. I went down ( branch 17636 ) to see what is going on and where did my money go and weather I should call the cops or not. I was helped by Ms. Guadalupe Zavala, she took a looked at the receipt and told me there's the problem. Teller AA0 posted your payment to the wrong account. In the end Patelco customer service was awesome. She posted a request a transfer of $450.00 back to my account. But told me that since it's a Memorial weekend. It's wouldn't be fix til Tuesday May 30th. I made my payment 7 days ahead of the due date, because of Teller AA0 mistakes, now I'm 7 days late for my payment. 5 STARS ON MEMBERS SOLUTION PART!!! I HONESTLY HOPE TELLER AA0 GETS MORE TRAINING. and that she will never makes this kind of mistake on other members
