We worked Phil W. He is the best there is! He made it super easy! It was less stressful than when I bought my car! Easiest process I could have imagined! Thanks Phil you are the best! Not all hero’s where a cape!

My experience with caliber was great until it came property tax time. I ended up paying my property tax when it should have been paid by caliber. Now, I'm out $1500.00. I would have been nice of caliber to send a reminder to not pay the property tax bill. Hopefully, i get it back in August.

Kevin Bent and Jerry Walker were amazing to work with. Whenever I find out that someone is looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend they use Caliber. My entire loan process only took about 35 days. Jerry was in constant contact with me via email or phone calls, and I would receive automatic emails from Caliber for each step of the lending process. I felt like I always knew what was happening, and its all thanks to these gentlemen and their hard work.

I recently purchased a home using Caliber Home Loans. I worked with Lori Sorrels who was absolutely professional and worked hard to get us what we needed. I was even out of the state while purchasing my home... and while that did present some challenges, Lori was always on top of it, kept me informed, and got the job done. Would definitely recommend them in the future!
