Troy was incredibly helpful and made the process extremely smooth. He went above and beyond to ensure a fast closing and helped my family and I get into our dream home. I cannot say enough good things about Troy and his team! I recommend them to anyone looking to finance a home

Troy Reichert of the Reichert Mortgage Team at Integrity First Financial was a huge asset to our home buying team. My family and I just purchased our first home here in Colorado from out of state. We made a trip in March to interview several potential lenders and Troy certainly made an impression. We could not have been more pleased with the services we received and the communication was absolutely impeccable! He truly made it a breeze to go through this process long distance. Any time we had questions or concerns he and his team were available to help. What's also great about Troy and his team is that they are local. They're not too big to blow you off or scoot you under the rug, but definitely not so small that they couldn't meet our needs. They're the perfect balance. Troy truly cares about his clients and proves it through his actions and communications. Even though our transaction is final, he still makes an effort to ensure we're happy and settled. I highly recommend them. If you're overwhelmed by the lender options or unsure of what route to take, please give him a call and/or meet with him.

Working with Troy and Lucretia was a pleasure from start to finish. We were brand-new to the area, looking to buy our first home, and came to the process with plenty of questions. The Reichert Mortgage Team was available to answer our questions, and provide helpful advice all throughout the process. Troy is someone you feel you can trust, knowledgeable in his field and patient in his detailed, informative responses. We learned a lot and would not only recommend The Reichert Mortgage Team, but look forward to working with them again in the future!

What a great experience! I would highly recommend working with Troy and Reichert Mortgage Team. From start to finish, Troy and his teams knowledge, efficiency, and care made us feel confident throughout our home buying process. Troy also went out of his way to take calls whenever any questions came up which really added to the small town charm we love here.
