Easiest company to deal with, fastest at getting loan done. They are so easy to deal with. I asked for a loan for a investment property and within two weeks I was funded at an outstanding rate along with the lowest closing costs I could find. They blew away any competition, especially the big names that always push home loans. Shawn communicates perfectly so that you know where it is at, what documentation they need, and how close you are to a loan. I have used Downs Inc three times now, and they never ever disappoint. I will be returning to them again!

We had nothing short of a great experience working with Shawn! He was INCREDIBLY responsive to any and all of our questions regarding closing/loan details. He is a true professional and expert in his work. As a first time home buyer, he was excellent in articulating complicated information in a way that was easily digestible for us. We really appreciated this aspect of our relationship/process. Shawn also works with the best lenders - this was stated to us and echoed by our title insurance company as well. We received a great and very stable deal - accommodating all our financial needs and constraints. We'll absolutely be using him again the next time.

I had a lot of choices when choosing my lender due to my excellent credit, but I am glad I chose Down Financial! I changed my lender last minute due to a high rate they decide to offer last minute. I called several places, but chose to work Shawn, I am glad I did, he was great to work with, he took care of everything on time and we were able to close on time and our closing cost was below what I initially expected! I will recommend Down Financial to all my friends and anyone who likes to deal with a very reliable and a great company:)

After shopping around for the very best pricing, I found Shawn. He and his team are amazing! A local competitor told me point blank "we can't beat their pricing". Whether you're looking to do a refinance, a new home loan, investment property, or vacation property, Downs Financial is the best! I always have a ton of questions and Shawn has always answered each one with patience and given me a clear understanding of the process. I've done two loans and one out of state refinance with them. Both of my realtors have been super impressed by their ability to get things done so quickly, and in this market that can make the difference! If you're looking for the best pricing and the best customer service, look no further! It's so great to know I'll never have to look for another lender!
