LeAnne Merciez is a powerhouse. She is intelligent, efficient, and incredibly kind. During my home buying process, LeAnne was charming and patient in explaining every step of the process. She was organized, and she made sure that the transaction was carried out with the utmost ease. When you close on a house, it’s normal to expect about 40 days of processing… LeAnne pulled it off in 26 days! She was even able to save me money by shifting my move in date earlier! She went so far above and beyond the call of duty to help advise me. She always returned calls or emails within minutes. Thanks to LeAnne I was able to accomplish one of my biggest dreams. I will forever be grateful to LeAnne for what she made possible for me. The process could not have been smoother or less complicated thanks to her professionalism and expertise.

LeAnne and her team were incredibly helpful and professional and made the whole loan process feel easy and stress-free. They were always happy to answer any questions we had, but we had fewer questions as they had given us good information up front. We always felt comfortable and confident that everything was under control and knew that they would provide us with clear instructions and support if there was anything we needed to do.

After mentioning to Leanne that I was thinking about refinancing my home, LeAnne offered her services. In less that a week's time, LeAnne discovered some inaccurate information on my credit report. In what I would consider going beyond her duties, LeAnne assisted me in contacting the appropriate people to get my credit report corrected. With my revised credit score LeAnne was able to help me refinance my house at a better rate than expected. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the relationship and helping others rather than a numbers game, then LeAnne is the Loan Officer for you!. Thank you LeAnne!

Can I just state that I absolutely adore LeAnne? LeAnne is: "The Mortgage Whisperer". We experienced a challenging set of circumstances and LeAnne was patiently and expertly there for us every step of the way -- for 8 loooong months. LeAnne is deeply knowledgable about her industry, she's professionally savvy, is an excellent communicator, and possesses stellar interpersonal skills. We could not have successfully navigated our home purchase without LeAnne Merciez. She assisted us in all aspects of the process, thereby greatly reducing the stress often associated with a new home purchase. Thank you, LeAnne...you master your job with incandescent passion and humanity.
