Brent and Scott at Trillium Capital have been an amazing asset to my multifamily investing business. They know their stuff, are extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond helping me in areas that you wouldn't expect your lender to be involved in (in other words, they've been there to pick up the slack for others!). I'm a busy guy, but feel that I owe it to them to take the time to show my appreciation by writing this review. We've known each other for about two years now and I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship together. I highly recommend them.

Trillium was great to work with for my financing multifamily project needs. They guided and coached me all the way through the 221d4 process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for complex financing needs. Their willingness to go the extra mile to get things accomplished was superb. I felt like I had a true partner in working with them and look forward to working with them in the future. Oh and by the way, I'm a real client, not someone that just posts things on the interwebs.
