Could definitely use more tellers. I waited in line for thirty minutes because there was only one person working the windows.

This is the worst Vystar Banking experience I have ever had!!I took a break to be sure that I am not writing this review based of upset emotions. I came to this branch back in November 2016 to pay off ALL my debt I had with Vystar. I had some financial difficulties last year but as my financial status started to improve it was my every intention to pay all my debt back like every hardworking person should do. I spoke Stephen Lamoureoux who looked into his computer and told me all the fees and exact cash I needed to withdrawal to pay off all debt and bring my accounts up to current. Almost $2,000 in cash. So I came back and sat down with him again and I paid all of my balances. He then told me that my credit card would no longer be available which I was fine with becuase I was not able to pay it off for a long time. But I was happy I finally did so. Can you believe his next advice to me was to try to open another credit card on the spot? Of course I kindly declined his offer. That was just plain ol' bad financial advice coming from a "manager". I then asked for documentation stating I paid all my debts. And they told me all you get is this receipt. I accepted. A few months later I'm getting calls from Vystar telling me I have a balance. I explain to them over the phone that I paid off everything. There must be a mistake. They proceed to tell me I need to go into the branch I paid off my credit cards with and explain to them my situation. So I did that today and boy did it not go well at all. The front desk lady who was the most helpful told me what was going on behind scenes. I had a $25 balance that kept occurring fees since last year. She calls collection office for me and I discuss matters with them. It was like I was talking to a brick wall. I kept explaining that I was told I paid off everything and that it was not fair that I have to pay over a hundred dollars worth of fees for something that was not my fault. He kept telling me the same thing over and over and over again. "I'm sorry sir but you did not pay your account in full in November." I was so fraustrated! I finally gave up and said I'll pay the $109.39 just to finally be done with you guys. So I had to pay cash once again. It felt like it was déjà vu. Someone told me how much I needed to pay. And so here I am paying it again. And I kindly ask for something in writing stating I paid all my debt and brought my accounts to current. And they responded once again. "all I can give you sir is this tiny receipt." I replied that's exactly what you all said last time and you are started calling me back for more money. Boy I hope this is the end of it.

Worst customer service, i waited 20 minutes because the teller can not read the wire transfer details and she looked so unhappy! I will not visit this location again.

Vystar has been generally excellent for customer service. I had a problem when opening a business account (misspelled my name on everything) and the new clerk was kind of on her own but after too long a time, it got done. What's really great is I went from paying over $400 in various fees to BOA to paying zero fees to Vystar. Far more good news than bad here.
