I highly recommend Rayce and his team! They made our home purchase process smooth and painless. There were no surprises and our closing costs were even lower than what was projected. There was constant communication so we always knew what was going. When I would call their office it never sounded like I was bothering them or they were too busy to help. Definitely recommend him and his team!!!!

Rayce Robinson is awesome! He came to my brokerage and provided a training free of charge to all of our agents. He gave us tips and tricks on marketing and reaching out to our databases. He also gave us a rundown on the available mortgage loans and assistance programs. He provided resources and printouts in a custom folder and really provided our office with value. In fact, he was so great, a number of our agents used his company to get their clients pre-approved and eventually closed. His communication is great and his team is excellent at following up. Great, GREAT mortgage company. No complaints!

I cannot stress enough the importance of finding the right mortgage broker. I can't even imagine our home buying process without these people. Referred to by my amazing realtor Jenelle (Waypointe Realty), I was prepared for a seamless transaction and I couldn't have been more right! It was wonderful. I worked closely with Sherrey and Anita and they were amazing down to the very end. They were prompt, answered all of my questions, many many times and when I became neurotic, they didn't make me feel crazy! On the contrary, they calmed me down, explained the process (again) and gave me peace of mind. There was never a time where I felt confused because they made sure to keep me posted every step of the way. I was very very hands on with our home buying process. I emailed them so many times about so many different things, and they were personable, understanding, and accommodating through it all. I genuinely felt a ping of sadness when I got the "Congratulations your loan closed!" email after closing, because that is truly how wonderful they were. With so many different options in the real estate market for so many different things, it's hard to sift through it all. If I can help in any way, its to say, you cannot go wrong with choosing these people to work your loan. We closed yesterday, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Anita and Sherrey! You're a wonderful team.
