Worst customer service with rude arrogant for no reason fat puerto rican female who you should not trust with you personal info. Smh. Trust me Move to another teller. No atm in this bank or in front of this main east side bank. These clowns tell you to walk up to their drive thru atm risking getting run over by unaware drivers. Lol. I'd fire everyone except for the only knowledgeable African-American male there. Pnc has low fees but seriously need to upgrade their technology and don't hand you a friggin slip to fill out for deposits or withdrawals dammit it 2017 not 1950. How inconvenience is that. Much muxh Better and easier to go to a pnc with a walk in atm for deposits and withdrawals. Very very Disappointed pnc customer. Plus no public notary here what kind of bs is this? A bunch of lazy well dress well paid employees walking around with nothing to do and no customers either . Lol

Went there because I left my card in an ATM machine and needed a new one. Shaun F. helped me get a new card and he was very kind. Everyone was super friendly. I look forward to visiting again.

They bought out my mortgage against my will, and they've been a pain since. Their online platform is archaic, and I can't figure out how to set up an automatic payment. Their website doesn't have a search bar, or intuitive navigation. They don't have a mobile platform, and the desktop version of the page didn't load correctly on my phone. They need to figure out how to enter the modern era.
