This bank is absolutely awful. Every time I come in I am waiting for an absentee amount of time whether it be in line or waiting for them to complete my task at hand. I have used this particular bank for almost a year. I have to pay my rent with cashier's checks. Randomly they will decide to tell me there is an 8 dollar fee for them when for 5 months prior there wasn't. I will say this and they will have it. Next month they will say nothing and a month later this random fee will occur again. I will be leaving SunTrust soley from my experiences at this particular location and I have been with SunTrust for 8 years.

Would not recommend. The bank teller I dealt with yesterday was extremely rude, and not friendly (this is why people go to ATMs). I will not bank here again.

I remember when they actually had staff that knew what they were doing .... had to go twice this week. First time, I am the ONLY customer inside - and only 1 customer in the drive through... over 15 minutes to make a simple deposit - with 3 people as tellers - just BUMBLING over each other. I'm leaving - 20 minutes in the drive through this morning, only 1 other person in the drive through. They had a management change, and this place has GONE TO HELL. My business account will be moved next week. Can't stand it anymore. SOMEONE PLEASE READ THIS AND TRAIN YOUR MANAGEMENT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE - you can all be replaced by a computer... you keep customers, by remembering your job depends on those of us that still appreciate customer service.

Typical bank. You have cash, they want it. The building is about 20 years or so old as the previous one was torn down and rebuilt when Gateway was redeveloped.
