Can't began to express how grateful and honored we are to have met Fred and his exceptional team. From the very beginning he assured us, with some obstacles he would still be able to secure us a home loan. The way in which I'm paid by my employer is unusual and presents problems when applying for financing. Fred reviewed my information and was confident that his firm could secure a home loan, not only did Excel get the loan done they got me into a good rate. Excel also worked with the insurance agent and saved me a bundle on the policy. The staff was professional and competent, Fred kept me informed through the entire process. This firm was referred to me by a colleague and I could not have been more satisfied, If I need another home loan or re-finance Excel will be the first one I'll call. I wish to personally thank Fred & his staff for all their hard work & the excellent results.

We can't say enough good things about working with Fred Nino at Excel. We're first time home buyers and Mr. Nino walked us through every step of the process to make it as simple as possible. He was at every walk through as we looked at houses too and was there at closing, when we found our new home, to make sure the process ran smoothly. Also he worked his magic and our closing costs and monthly payments are far less than we expected them to be thanks to Mr. Nino. We highly recommend asking for him to work on your mortgage. He's a pleasure to work with. We are so grateful we picked Mr. Nino based on previous reviews of him. Asking for him was so worth it! Now we're home owners and couldn't be happier with the end results largely thanks to Mr. Nino and all his hard work for us. Also if you need him day or night he's there to answer whatever questions you have. He always answered or called, texted and emailed right back like we were his priority which is so rare.

My wife and I recently refinanced our home with the full assistance from Excel Mortgage Inc. The entire process moved shift, and seamless, and in a very timely manner. Our Mortgage Broker, Fred Nino, was exceptional! Fred worked with us, and guided us step by step throughout the entire process. His experience, expertise, and professionalism was seen through his patience in waiting and finding the best interest rate for us, rather than try and hurry the process along. Fred was exceptionally persistent in watching and following the trends of the market, in order to anticipate locking us in at the lowest rate possible to ensure one thing, and one thing only; saving us as much as possible. Working in the medical field, I'm not well educated on the financial world, and the process as to which it runs. Fred was extremely patient in not only educating me on all the financial terminology, but explaining all of the many processes that occur, along with his thoughts, plans, and reasoning on his approach to helping us save in the long run. Working with Fred was honor and privilege, not to mention a blast as our sense of humor is one in the same. We truly appreciate all the help from the Excel Mortgage team with the refinancing of our home, with a special and sincere thank you extended to Mortgage Broker Fred Nino.
