I love this branch. They are always so nice and prompt with helping me especially since I come on my lunch hours. I genuinely appreciate them! Keila and Joe have been my account managers and they are fantastic and very knowledgeable.

Posted an incorrect deposit ignoring my deposit slip and creating a new one. Took 4 calls to correct with corporate. Branch employee told me deposit was right when I called the first time. The branch manager was unresponsive to the point I believe she is somewhat dim. Inept branch and overall less than McDonalds quality employees responsible with customer funds. Very high employee turnover. Closing accounts due to continued errors at tellers and lost of trust in PNC

They charge 10 dollars to cash a check from their own bank! Y'all are pathetic.

Would give "zero" for review if I could. Very bad customer service for a bank customer. I was in the middle of trying to buy a car and needed a bank check & we were in Brandon so we went to the Brandon Blvd. branch where the bank teller, Debbie, took about 40 minutes which included checking with a manager & still we waited for a bank check & had the money sitting in our account. Our PNC branch in Clearwater was called & all was verified and still we left with no sign of our bank check. Very, very bad customer service by Debbie and the bank manager. Next morning Brandon branch had flagged our bank account for "no" reason which we had to straighten out with our branch and we finally got our bank check and drove round trip again (to finally buy our car) for what should've been easily handled the day before. Remember "our" money was in "our" account. I would never, ever go to this branch again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Wasted our time for no good reason.

This is my least favorite PNC location . Everywhere other PNC bank branch I have smooth transactions. This location is difficult about everything .
