Bill and his team provided first class service. They were available every time we needed them and answered all our questions. Besides answering our many questions, they provided weekly updates every Wednesday until the loan closed. I loved everything about working with this team. They displayed a caring attitude throughout the process. I will recommend Bill and his team to friends and family and will definitely consult them again if the need arises. This is my second time working with Bill and his team and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you very much Bill!

As pleasant of an experience you could expect refinancing a house....I didn't realize you could get the whole process done in just 16 days. I felt fortunate to meet Bill Petroff who worked with me through the entire process and delivered on all fronts....great price, smooth process, patient with all my questions...and on and on. Love that their local, call them if you need a loan.

I can't say enough about these guys, but I will mention I'm not the type to go to a website to write a review...good, bad or indifferent. I had such a good experience with Bill and QQM that I just felt inclined to share a little of my experience. I had been working with my current bank for a refinance to get out of an adjustable rate and I just kept getting the runaround...asking for more and more documents what seemed like every day, terms changing through no fault of my own, you name it. Frustrated I started looking around at some of the local lenders and feel very grateful I ran into Bill. First of all the deal he gave me was superior, by far, to my lender who actually has my loan...which makes no sense to me on how that is possible. But second, and more importantly, was the communication Bill had and how he prepared me for the entire process right from the start. He was a complete professional and closed my deal faster than what I expected and with the terms he promised me upfront. I can't say enough how relieved I am to have found him and to be done with this process. Do yourself a favor and if you have mortgage needs, reach out to him. Good luck!
