This company refinanced our house and gave us a good rate. I would recommend them to anyone, professional, efficient and no cost like they said! I am impressed!

Called the Tampa office 4 times, always placed on hold, the last time for 15 minutes, then was hung up on. Then I called the 800 number to Orlando, a Spanish speaking male picked up. I went over why I was calling. Then asked for a loan officer. He said he could not give me one to talk to. Really? On the radio this owner goes on and on how great they are. It's All Bullshit. No customer service, cannot answer the phones correct, no loan officer? What a way to run a business. The crap is always the same with these mortgage brokers.

I reached out to RP Funding to inquire about potentially re-financing my current mortgage. I spoke with a gentleman named Elton, who was very professional and answered all of my questions. In the end, my specific situation was not ideal to pursue the re-fi, but based on my initial interaction I would recommend the staff at RP Funding for their knowledge and honest feedback/recommendations.
