Dan, Matt, Nico, and Tina did a great job. This was my first mortgage and you hear horror stories all the time, but not with this team. Everything was handled in a timely manner and they exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use in the future!

This is my second mortgage I've done with Dan and guaranteed rates and I couldn't be happier! These guys never string you along and get the job done professionally downtime. At the same time they take as much time as necessary to make sure you fully understand the process. I highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed!

After literally searching everywhere, I landed with Guaranteed Rate. Usually the least expensive also means the worst service. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! They were excellent, patient, and well informed. They came up on Lending Tree with the best rate and there was no gimmick or bait-and-switch like almost everywhere else I spoke to. People were literally astonished at how low my rate is - and I had multiple other companies tell me they couldn't touch their rate. Jason and Kara were fantastic. Save yourself the time of shopping around and go with them from the start. Five star service and a low price tag don't come together often. THANK YOU GUARANTEED RATE!!

Working w Dan and Guarenteed Rate was a breeze. I've heard absolute horror stories of dealing w lenders...my experience couldn't have gone any better. Guarenteed rate made my home buying/lending experience so great. Their level of customer service and communication was impeccable. Many late nights I'd email back requested documents/information to the team and within minutes, would get a response from them. They work around the clock and are exception at what they do.

Jason and his team were wonderful to work with- friendly, quick and got me the best rate and closing costs! I was a first time home buyer and literally scared to take the plunge, but they held my hand and walked me through the whole process. They were very prompt to answer any questions or concerns I had (believe me, I had MANY). Jason and his team are very hands on throughout the process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I felt very comfortable working with them; everyone was so friendly, helpful and positive throughout the process. I needed to close in 30 days so everyone needed to move quickly and be thorough, Guaranteed Rate assured me they could do this and everything worked out according as planned! Thank you Jason, Kara, Bryan, Michael and Jennifer!
