I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Mike, and came to know him as a truly valuable asset to absolutely any loan. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, he is an impressive loan officer who always treated us like family. His knowledge of mortgages and expertise in our loan process was a huge advantage to our entire home buying venture. He put his skillset to work in order to keep all parties engaged and informed. Along with his undeniable talent, Mike was an absolute joy to work with. Michael Bless is fantastic! I cannot imagine going thru the mortgage approval process with anyone else in the future. My husband and I were already preapproved with another big bank lender, but was urged by our realtor to get another approval with Michael at MSI. I am so thankful I went with her recommendation. Michael is very thorough and has excellent communication. If there was anything additional needed in paperwork, he got in touch with us quickly to push back our closing date. He also gave us a couple options for our mortgage and suggested his preference which would be better for us. He definitely looks out for his clients! As stressful the home buying process is, Michael makes his part as smooth and easy as possible!

I have never posted reviews on google (or anywhere) but I have to say this was my first time buying a home and I had THE DREAM TEAM. My realtor was just as awesome (Irpino Real Estate!) and my attorney (Bill Terpins). Now to Mike Bless at MSI! I was a first time home buyer so you can imagine my apprehension when I was trying to find a mortgage lender. I'm SO glad I worked with Mike! Here is why Mike is awesome (in no particular order): 1. Mike is incredibly responsive- he ALWAYS responded within minutes no matter what time of day I contacted him 2. He is knowledgeable - knows the market and watches it like a hawk, answered all my questions 3. He is HONEST- mike will tell you the truth no matter what. He provided us a lot of guidance and thanks to him, we actually received a lower interest rate by the time we closed! 4. He is FAST- I bought a short sale, we only had a couple weeks from the time we were given the green light to close- mike got it done quickly and easily and the work I had to do on my end was minimal. 5. He provides a secure digital method for document transfers. This is so so so important to me, so not only was it easy to do business, but I was confident my information was secure and encrypted the entire time. 6. Mike is genuine. He is a genuinely good guy and he came to our closing! Mike was recommended to me through a friend, and I couldn't be happier with MSI and I love my new home!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
