TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CLERK AND MANAGER DIDNT KNOW THEIR OWN PROCEDURES AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NEW BANK CARD. MANAGER WAS "done for the day" REFUSED TO HELP THE CLERK AND ME. I WENT TO THE TCF IN THE JEWEL RIGHT NEXT DOOR. They were wonderful and helpful. They were able to print my new card and we fast and friendly.

•Good employees but bad service and they are too slow as they don't know what are they doing. •The change machine who suppose to use to count the money change it's too old in that place and it's keep return the change without no reasons and most of time it's stucking. •The drive through is in the middle of public plaza and you are whatched by people, so you need to watch who could watch you and you need to be carful when you drop your money in the box.

I visited this location to cash a check and the service was really bad. I was second in line and I waited almost 15 minutes while the tellers stood around doing nothing! When I finally reached the counter the teller Tiaira had a very bad attitude! I figure if you don't life your job then DONT COME TO WORK! You couldn't pay me to come back to this bank!
