I have a auto loan through PNC and am at the end of my loan (Yes! I know right!). So I called to see if I could keep making payments on it until the loan was paid off and that it would not go against my credit and was told that it would not. Well, low and behold...I start getting calls from PNC at home inquiring about my payment. I reiterated to them that I called this PNC branch and posed the question and was told to just keep making regular payments because the last payments are considered interest. They told me that I received the wrong information and that the full payment was due and that I would be reported to the credit bureaus if it was not paid within 30 days. Thank the Lord that I do have the means to pay it, but very disappointing when I called the bank, assuming that they knew their own product only to receive "alternative facts".

Easily the slowest, most sassy PNC service I've ever experienced.

Rude bordering on useless staff.

First time using this bank. I arrived at 4:10pm (a whole 50 minutes before the branch closes) looking to do a name change due to getting married which shouldn't take very long, right? WRONG. The teller tells me that she can't do it as a teller but that she would check to see if the banker who is the only one in at the moment can squeeze me in as the name change shouldn't take long. She asks the banker with the bowtie if he can squeeze in one more customer and he nods his head no. She comes back apologizing, "Sorry, he's leaving in a couple minutes and there's a process that he needs to complete. Do you have a couple minutes tomorrow?" No, actually I don't because like most people I work a 9-5 and can't make it to the bank. I'm just confused. If you are open until 5pm, why wouldn't you have full services until 5pm?? Other banks, like USBank have tellers who are also bankers which makes things much easier. At least have someone available until you close... who leaves work at 4:10pm anyway? I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I will say that the teller was sweet but how inefficient. Come on.

Toops long to deposit a check, and unfriendly tellers - seems that customer service isn't one of their objectives. I used to fo this location on a frequent basis but it's time to go elsewhere.
