Went to deposit a check into my account and was refused. I was told since I had a Smart Acces card I could not deposit it. I called PNC headquarters and was told that the teller was wrong and should have deposited the check. Go to a different branch and no issues. This branch always has some excuse as to why they can't work. Not the first time I've had issues with this branch. Recommend skipping the convenience and traveling a little farther for friendly service.

Very convenient bank. The tellers are usually very helpful. I just find, after observing every time I walk in, that I am NEVER greeted when I walk in. Everyone before and after me are greeted but I am ignored or even sometimes side-eyed by the greeter. This is super rude. I shouldn't have to be white, or have to show my credentials to be treated like a human being when I walk into a place of business.

I haven't had any trouble whatsoever with any of the bank tellers, or my account, thus far. My only criticism is for those higher up- around the holiday season, I was shocked and appalled to find holiday music containing kazoo instrumentals playing over the intercom. While a mild annoyance to me, my heart goes out to the poor staff who had to deal with that for months on end. The person who made that happen has a warped heart of black ice. Treat your workers right, please.

Fast and friendly.

People are nice and friendly in a great location however they seem very understaffed and always seems a 5min transaction takes a solid 20 min.
