Keith and Taylor were amazing. The situation behind our home purchase was not an easy one. They stuck by us and did all the work to ensure we had a successful closing. I appreciate them so much! They were wonderful to work with, easy to talk to, and always professional. Everything was handled over the phone and email and so convenient for us. We thank you guys for helping us by our first home!

I would like to share a wonderful experience I have had with TruHome Solutions in trying to remortgage my home. In the beginning we ran into problems trying to get required paperwork from different sources. The young lady working with me was Nikki Scheck. She worked tirelessly every day to bring about the needed results to close the deal. Every where she turned there was a roadblock but she never quit pressing through to get what we needed. No matter how discouraging it looked she kept a positive attitude and was always encouraging. She never let up one time to get the deal closed. She was always laughing and positive and looking for ways to complete every task. I can truly recommend TruHome Solutions for a positive experience and awesome customer service. This is a very good company to work with. It should be considered as a number one choice in your mortgage solution.

When purchasing my new home I expected to have the proceeds from my previous home to offset the cost. Three (3) days prior to closing on my previous home, I learned that the buyers were having issues with their closing and therefore would have an issue meeting my closing date. Since I did not have the cash to close as expected, I reached out to Ashley D. with 7 days to the closing date and she immediately jumped in to help me get to the closing table. Working with Ashley D. and Jean Ann R. was an awesome experience. Just due to the situation, I was stressed but both Ashley an Jean Ann made this transaction possible. They were very responsive and detailed when requesting information. I did my part to get them information as quickly as possible and they worked on their end to move the file through the process. I want to Say THANKS to everyone involved; however without Ashley and Jean Ann I would not have purchased this home. They are an awesome team and showed remarkable ability to handle the process professionally and with care and consideration for me, the customer. I would absolutely recommend the for any mortgage loan needs!

I had the pleasure of working with Kaylee Hagan and Jean Ann Rucker at TruHome for my mortgage lending process while buying a home. Kaylee and Jean Ann were very knowledgeable and had my loan approved a week or more before closing, which really put me at ease.
