This bank is the biggest joke. The app does not work i have asked countless times for help from the branch employees but they say they have never encountered such an issue so it is probably my iPhone software. They came to the conclusion that since they had never encountered a similar issue that they would just brush me off. Then they delete my pin number, supposedly send me a new pin, which i never received and now can not access my money. The lady i spoke to on the phone told me basically oh well. Their phone support is only available during regular office hours so if there is an emergency past five and you need your money, but they freeze your account for no reason, you now have to wait till the branch is open again for you to reactivate it.They have shut me out of my own account numerous times then when i address the issue with America First they tell me oh no it was never frozen our computer says your card is just fine, well then why every time i swipe my card does it say declined. Then If you have a problem the branch manger is reluctant to help you solve it, you need photographic evidence for them to help you try to solve any problems on your account only for them to say just try to update the app. Seriously this bank is the biggest joke ever. Do not put your money in their bank. Like i said before they can not be trusted with your money, they do not take you or your hard earned money seriously, and their app is a malfunctioning piece of crap. There are so many other issues that i have with this bank for many reasons. Bottom line it is not a personal problem i have with them it can happen to anyone their system and procedures are a joke. You will save so much time and frustration if you just go to a different bank!

This credit union is great. Setting up a trust account was super simple and Jules took good care of us!
