I would give Lana Gruell 6 stars if it was an option! This lady is the best! She told me what to do, I did it, and now I have my own home!! I was scared to use every penny of my savings toward the down payment and closing costs. She helped me get money toward my down payment using a program and I'm so happy because I had money to furnish my new house!!

I text Ms. Gruell at 8:30 on a Saturday night about applying for a home loan. She answered me promptly and that's how I knew that everyone's recommendations were right! She is easy to work with, quick, responsive, helpful, and above all- GREAT AT HER JOB. She had me qualified for a loan quickly and we were in to our new house in 45 days. Thank you Lana!!
