ONE WORD: Direct lending! Closing was within deadline and best part, I wasn't passed around from one loan officer to another. Had a pleasant experience with Twyla Gray. Would highly recommend!

In the past, all I’ve received were empty promises and the runaround by national bank lenders. I decided to go ahead and take the chance after doing my own research. I called this office and carefully explained the horrible luck I’ve had of losing my job a couple years ago, subsequently, leading to a foreclosure. I’ve only had my current job less than 4 months and was a bit worried of not having enough employment history. She assured me that she handles similar cases like mine all the time and will do everything in her power to get me approved. Gotta love the can do attitude! During the appointment, she guided me step by step informing me of the documents needed and the qualification process. She was genuinely personable and patient with answering all the questions I had (trust me, I had A LOT!) I found the house I was looking for and it was on to the next step, closing the deal. I kid you not, I closed in THREE WEEKS, ahead of schedule. Let me tell you, TWYLA KNOWS HER STUFF! I can’t thank her enough for having my best interest. One of the things I seriously appreciated was that she kept in touch and updated me throughout this process. I wasn’t given false hope or wrong information, she was on our side. Any documents she needed, I provided without hesitation and the rest was smooth sailing. What would normally be a stressful long process, was indeed the opposite for me and my family! Can’t thank you enough! -Matheusen Family

Called in as a potential customer and Twyla was very rude. After asking about fees she gave me the information I thanked her her for the information and then she hung up without another word. Extremely unprofessional!
