Been working with Stan and Team. Great to work with, especially as a first time buyer. Very patient and explaining any and all questions. Smooth process, patient, and always get back with me. Would recommend.

I will recommend Evergreen in a heartbeat!. They helped us out immensely with our new home purchase after our devastating foreclosure few years ago. It's a wonderful feeling to be homeowners again and Melissa and Ken tried their best to get the best loan that we can get qualified for with a down payment assistance program as well. We are very pleased with Melissa's professional team and couldn't be happier with our lovely home! Our 1st year is coming-up and would love to work with them again for refinancing our loan to remove the PMI. Thank you again Ken and Melissa!!!
