I worked with Gloria Witt and I had the worst experiences ever. Premature pre approval. Crazy changes after being in escrow like increasing down payment refinancing car etc.. lost escrow deposit. Unprofessional business practices and false promises. Please do research and don’t be a victim like me.

They have no sense of urgency for people, after you are waiting to close on a house they tell you that you will have the house in a week and in our case they took 3 weeks and we still have top wait an additional 4 days. They need to have a better sense of actually dealing with people and keeping people updated. I feel they know we can't back out once everything is done so they throw you at the bottom of the barrel and then deal with you when they ate ready. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We just bought our first house through the invaluable assistance and consultation of Bill Adams at JFK Financial. His expertise and tenacity in this transaction brought us to close of escrow in an expedient and timely fashion. My husband and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a home loan to contact him.

Got a pre approval from these guys last year while relocating to Vegas. Took the pre approval to the realtor and once we found the home, neither us or the realtor could get a hold of them. As in, they just fell off the face of the earth. No calls or emails returned, nothing. They just vanished. We ended up having to find another lender in a hurry and thankfully we were able to close a deal. but not thanks to this company. Worst and most bizarre experience ever. Our loan "agent" was KC McCool, but not cool at all. Avoid at all costs unless you like stress.
