Brian Cushing and his team went above and beyond helping me as a first time home buyer. I had researched the web for interest rates, and even spoken to another lending agency recommended to me by my real estate agent, when I received a comparison rate call back from Brian Cushing. He explained the entire process and said I may qualify for loan less than the fixed FHA rate I had been quoted by others. He did a little research on my credit and job history and within a couple days, he was able to save me over $300 a month on my mortgage and qualify me for a higher loan. The process was so smooth and stress free. I would recommend him and his entire team to anyone looking for a lending company that treats you like family.

This is the hands down the best mortgage experience we have ever had with Brian Cushing & his amazing team at Guild Mortgage, Lakeside office off McCarran Blvd. We have bought & sold several of our reno rental houses & always have a smooth seamless escrow closing with Brian & Guild Mortgage. Guild Mortgage has a proven system & it makes you feel like you have a local personal service rep just for your loan, they are always friendly & knowledgeable. And.....They actually call you back & email promptly !! It’s very refreshing to know they are on top of it every step of the way. The most important part is to come through smoothly on “the closing day” The stress is non existent with Brian & his team, they are in touch with you every step of the way & you are not stressing out on what is happening. We believe Brian Cushing & Guild Mortgage have a proven system that works every time. This sets Guild apart from all the other mortgage brokers: their loan processing dept is locally here in Reno, which is a huge advantage to the Reno, Sparks, Washoe Valley, Lemon Valley, Stead, Galena, Galena Forest, Arrowcreek, Saddle-horn, all South Meadows, all these Reno buyers & more have your own “local loan processor “ that sends you weekly updates & you can call & you don’t get stuck on some 1-800 number that traps you on hold. If you need a loan, look no further, call Brian & get started to a smooth closing on your new house! Happy New Year! John & Lisa Crum
