We had a very pleasant experience working with Ian during the purchase of our home. He patiently guided us throughout the process. He is honest and kept his word. He even personally attended the closing and made sure that everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new purchase or refinancing.

Ian is wonderful to work with! As a Realtor I can totally trust him to take care of my Customers and provide the best service possible. Ian always provides updates on the loan progress and the communication is great. Getting things done in a timely matter is very important to me and Ian and his team is one of the best in town!

Ian helped us so much, he is professional and knowledgeable! Ian helped my daughter with her first home purchase and made sure she was kept in the loop with what was happening at every step. He assisted her with what could have been a very stressful time and made sure she understood all the steps of getting a loan. We highly recommend Ian!

From the moment I started working with Ian he was immensely helpful and patient with my questions. He made it a point to keep me informed with every step we took and made sure we were on the same page at all times. I honestlly learned a lot from him. If you're looking to buy a house or property look no further.
