Tony patiently worked with me through my relocation. He took the time to explain how parts of the mortgage process work and he provided several different financial scenarios so that I could determine which option was best for me and my family. Most importantly, he kept my personal priorities at the top of his list so that I never felt I was compromising. Without hesitation I would recommend Tony to everyone !looking for a mortgage planner who works from his heart for his clients.

Tony recently helped us secure lending on our new build home, and the process went smoothly, and we got the mortgage package we needed. Originally we were in discussion with the builder's lender, but in the process we felt so confused, and weren't sure we wouldn't be duped with additional fees and changing rates. We went to Tony for his opinion, and his explanations, and solutions, helped us feel armed with the right information to make an educated decision to proceed with Fairway as our final lender. Also, the technology he uses to share documents and updates via video walk-throughs and messaging helped us stay connected and answer questions despite our busy schedules. We highly recommend Tony to find the best solution for your lending situation!

If you would like to have a super dreamy smooth process when buying a home with no surprises, then I would recommend Tony and Fairway Mortgage. Tony has a system in place to be sure all the documents are organized and set out in such a way that everything goes so well. He gives you very informative updates through the process so you are never at any time scratching your head in confusion. It's the way to go and you can't go wrong with Tony G!

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Fairway Mortgage with Tony Garshnick and his team. The entire process went very smoothly, with excellent follow up. Tony was very clear about what was needed and what was expected from us. He "kept the ball rolling". When we were at an impasse whether to refinance or not, Tony kept us "in the know" on the interest rates and communicated when rates were going to go up so we could lock in the rate before the increase. Excellent customer service and seamless process!
